Roeslein’s Environmental Stewardship Committee hosted its first Aluminum Recycling “Canpaign” across all domestic locations from June 21 – September 22. The event was hosted to support Canned Water for Kids.

This list is ranked by 2020 revenue and the list includes manufacturing firms that are locally based, regardless of whether they have manufacturing facilities in the region.
Roeslein’s Wellness Program hosted its annual Pedometer Challenge from July 19 – August 29 across all 9 of its global locations.
Roeslein’s Continuous Improvement (CI) program was formed in 2017 to help the company become a highly effective and efficient organization through a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Employees can submit ideas through an employee portal and are recognized for the implementation of their ideas through a points system and company-wide recognition awards. This program is derived from a Lean Project Management system uniltizing Kanban-style idea boards, both digital and analog.
This June, Roeslein & Associates, Inc. celebrated Roeslein Global Safety Month with a series of activities designed to align with the National Safety Council’s Safety Month calendar. Each of Roeslein’s 10 global facilities participated in this year’s event.
This past spring, the Community Service Committee focused on animal awareness participating in several beautification projects across the United States.
Roeslein & Associates is pleased to announce it has expanded its capacity and capabilities to meet the global demand for aluminum beverage can manufacturing plants. The expansion is marked by additional global fabrication space and the new Building Design and Construction group led by Dean Foth.

In celebration of Valentine’s Day, the Community Service Committee as part of the Roeslein Way organized a Parade of Hearts to make donations to several retirement homes and senior living centers near St. Louis, Missouri, Red Bud, Illinois, and Hollister, California offices.
