Roeslein’s Environmental Stewardship Committee hosted its first Aluminum Recycling “Canpaign” across all domestic locations from June 21 – September 22. The event was hosted to support Canned Water for Kids.
Roeslein’s Charitable Giving Committee under The Roeslein Way recognized the growing amount of people going hungry and identified several different ways they could make an impact. Over the past year, Roeslein made several donations globally to continue the fight against hunger.
The Roeslein & Associates Charitable Giving Committee donated safe drinking water to the people of Texas during the ice storm that affected the state earlier this year.
Roeslein & Associates was proud to be a supporter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation event, Evening of Hope Starry Night. Its Divisional President of Global Manufacturing, Rob Campbell, was honored to represent R&A at the virtual event.
Roeslein is proud to be a continued supporter of the non-profit, CannedWater4kids. CW4K is an organization that provides canned water to an estimated one billion people all over the world who lack access to clean drinking water. 95% of every dollar collected goes to support, fund, and deliver sustainable clean drinking water programs worldwide.
Roeslein & Associates partnered with CC1 / Coca-Cola Puerto Rico Bottlers to raise funds for Puerto Rico Earthquake Victims. $2,000 was the original employee goal, but Roeslein team members went above and beyond raising $7,601.25 on their own and Roeslein & Associates matching 100% making the total $15,202.50.
Roeslein & Associates’ employees are contributing to our communities with service, leadership, and charitable contributions. These partnerships help make better places for everyone to live, work, and grow. Because of this, Roeslein is proud to offer the Employee Matching Gift Program to help support their employees in their efforts to improve the community.
Roeslein & Associates and Roeslein Alternative Energy are proud to support the response and recovery efforts of the Greater Houston Community Foundation for the Hurricane Harvey Relief. On August 5th, the Roeslein organizations announced that all employees who donate to the fund will have their gifts matched. After several weeks of fundraising efforts, employees from both companies donated a total of $3740. With the companies’ match, the Roeslein organizations will be contributing a total of $7,480 to the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund.
