Roeslein & Associates, Inc. hosted the October Red Bud Chamber of Commerce Meeting and Business After-Hours Event at its modular fabrication facility in Red Bud, IL on October 26, 2016.
Members of the Red Bud Chamber of Commerce gathered for an after-hours event where they were given a tour of the modular fabrication facility, and enjoyed refreshments and appetizers provided by Roeslein. There were roughly 30 members from the chamber at this event.
Before the business meeting, John DeMoulin, Director of Business Development and Marketing for Roeslein discussed how Roeslein is an employee-owned company (ESOP) and how every employee-owner has control over the success of the company through Roeslein’s Continued Improvement Process. He stated, “We believe the practice of LEAN Construction concepts keeps our people safe and competitive in a global marketplace.”
Elaborating on Roeslein’s global presence, DeMoulin discussed the history of the company and how it is grown to where it is today. He explained what is produced in its modular fabrication facility in Red Bud, IL stating, “Roeslein is committed to the professional services and skilled craft labor based in the St. Louis region. We believe it is important to keep manufacturing here in Red Bud to ship our modules across the globe.” Currently, the company has projects in over 55 countries and across six continents.
