Roeslein’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) efforts are having a tremendous impact. After celebrating Global Safety Month throughout the month of June, garnishing support from its global workforce, the team was recognized for several significant milestones at the company’s annual employee update, held this year on July 13th. Roeslein’s COO, Rob Campbell, took the opportunity to highlight its employee’s steadfast commitment to safety as an integral part of its company culture – One Roeslein. Underpinning this dedication is a shared belief that every employee’s well-being is of utmost importance, and safety remains the cornerstone of Roeslein’s success.
Achieving a Safety Milestone with No Lost Time Injuries
Roeslein & Associates celebrates a substantial safety milestone through its Roeslein Modular Fabrication facility in Red Bud, Illinois.
Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) hit seven years without a lost time injury on June 17, 2023. In 2006, RMF opened in Red Bud, Illinois, with a handful of employees. Today the establishment holds over 185 employee-owners that help serve customers in the Container Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, and Industrial Manufacturing markets.
Roeslein Michigan City Celebrates Safety Milestone
Roeslein & Associates recently celebrated a safety milestone at their manufacturing plant in Michigan City, Indiana. As of November 17th, 2022, Roeslein Michigan City has had 717 days without a lost time injury. They celebrated this milestone by hosting an employee luncheon with members of the Leadership and Safety teams.
“This achievement demonstrates our culture and commitment to ensuring everyone goes home to their loved ones the same way they walked through the door at the start of their shift,” said RMC Operations Manager Alex Strelinski. “I believe that safety is the foundation in all that we do here at Roeslein, and I would like to personally thank our entire team for all of their hard work and dedication to those core values.”
