With Pride’s quality assurance program, every conveyance system is fully assembled, installed, and tested onsite. All conveyance products are customized with the customers’ need and specifications in mind. Pride Conveyance products are uniquely fabricated in one of Roeslein’s manufacturing facilities located in Hollister, California, USA; Red Bud, Illinois, USA; Michigan City, Indiana, USA; São Paulo, Brazil; Dębno, Poland, and Shanghai, China. With 1,000,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, not only can your personalized conveyance system be delivered faster than the industry standard, but it is created with the optimum control and quality clients have come to know and expect.

Safety

Pride is committed to corporate citizenship, social responsibility and world-class environmental, health and safety performance. The health and safety of its employees, contractors, and customers is always a top priority for the company. Whether on a job site or in one of its manufacturing facilities, Pride practices safety first.

Pride utilizes LEAN construction practices and its 5S program to proactively eliminate occupational injury and illness risks and negative environmental impacts.  Furthermore, Pride actively promotes employee health and well-being across both its professional services and skilled craft labor workforce.  It is the responsibility of all Pride employees to communicate and ensure that policies are understood, safety policies are followed, contractors and visitors are trained as necessary and accountable for compliance.

Growth to Meet Demand

Pride is responding to the growth of the can market by focusing on production capacity expansions, including additional manufacturing square footage and technology upgrades across all six global manufacturing facilities. At the Hollister, CA headquarters, the company has expanded an additional 25,000 sq. ft. and has plans for additional expansion in 2021 and into 2022. Technology upgrades include the installation of a second laser table, a new press break, a second punch press, and a new state-of-the art powder coat system.

Professional Services

Pride’s comprehensive package of professional services is paramount to the successful execution of its client’s projects. Professional services include consulting, engineering, procurement, fabrication, project management, construction, lifecycle management, and data management services. Roeslein’s lifecycle support division helps companies perform the challenging task of budget and asset planning for the lifecycle system.

Global Manufacturing

Pride’s global fabrication capabilities span over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of fabrication space across six fabrication facilities. This gives Pride the ability to perform fabrication in a controlled shop environment with skilled labor to deliver a high-quality result. With the recent acquisition of Sager Metal Strip Company, the Pride line of products has seen a tremendous expansion in production capability.

Service and Lifecycle Support

Pride has expanded its Technical Services group, adding additional technicians, and expanding the regional support footprint globally. For spare parts, Pride has recently expanded its facility to accommodate growth of its Lifecycle Support group with dedicated parts inventory, crating, shipping, and receiving.
