Rudi Roeslein will continue to serve as CEO and will take on the additional title of Chairman of the Board, with Dave May transitioning to Vice Chairman of the Board. Roeslein & Associates, Inc. will acquire Pride Conveyance Systems in a mutually beneficial agreement taking place January 1, 2018.
The transaction is a natural progression for the two companies that have held a long standing relationship dating back over 30 years. Roeslein founder Rudi Roeslein worked with Pride founders Shannon Pride, Pat Jordan, and Ruben Padilla at Wiebe in the late 1980s. They left the company to pursue individual businesses with Roeslein focusing on the structural unitization and integration of complex beverage container plant process systems and Pride honing their expertise in the conveyance systems that transport product on the production lines.
Roeslein & Associates is partnering with Pride Conveyance in a move that will greatly increase the global manufacturing and fabrication volume of Pride’s conveyance systems.
