Roeslein & Associates exhibited at Cannex & Fillex – The World Canmaking Congress in Denver, CO this May. Cannex & Fillex is a major international metal packaging showcase that allows companies to exchange information, discuss the newest industry developments, and explore new technology.

Roeslein’s booth featured multiple exhibits highlighting the company’s newest technology as well as the expanded plant Lifecycle Services offerings. Through a Virtual Reality (VR) 3D model walk through, show attendees were able to tour the front end of a plant by using a VR headset and navigating with a handheld controller. This technology will allow virtual access to new and existing plant facilities for remote users. Roeslein’s Lifecycle offerings were showcased as well and included information on initial and daily spare parts, the company’s new online parts store, technical support, and plant efficiency assessments.

Roeslein & Associates made their mark on the showcase with JC Harrison, Director of Systems Engineering, speaking at the Technical Conference held on Thursday, May 2nd. The Technical Conference is targeted to professionals with interest and experience in the technical side of metal packaging and dives into the latest innovations and processes in canmaking.

“Sharing ideas and discussing current industry trends is certainly a significant highlight and benefit of participating in the Technical Conference.” said Harrison, who is a seasoned Systems Engineer with over 26 years of automation, SCADA, data collection, and electrical engineering experience. He obtains a wealth of knowledge within the can making industry from starting out as a CAD Designer to now running the Systems Engineering Department at Roeslein & Associates.

Pride Conveyance Systems was also represented and welcomed their customers and friends to the show. Sharan Pahal, Business Development Manager, said “Pride Conveyance is adapting well into the Roeslein family and our workload and throughput remains high. We are expecting a long tenure in Hollister as we continue to grow and nurture our capacity and product offerings with the guidance of Roeslein.”
