System Features

  • Uses a stainless steel rotating drum with friction driven belt to move cans.
  • Operates automatically through PLC pre-installed on control panel.
  • Sensors on in-line conveying system and Spiral are used to load or unload cans and regulate can volume levels.
  • Self-supporting system requiring no structural platforms.
  • Depending on can diameter and conveyor tin lines, the standard Spiral can hold between 37,000 to 64,000 cans.

System Advantages

  • The modular execution strategy allows for the ease of installation with minimal downtime.
  • Clients employing this system can expect an increased average output of up to 1% with a rapid payback on their capital investment.
  • Greater accumulation capacity leads to improved line efficiencies.
  • Enhances the management of line upsets and routine interruptions like coil and label changes delivering more cans out the door day in and day out.
  • Proven to have fewer downed cans than traditional systems.
  • 325 sq. ft. footprint.
