Refinery Custody Transfer Skid

Roeslein engineers designed this Custody Transfer Metering (CTM) process skid to handle pressures of 1400 psi and temperatures of 350 degrees Fahrenheit with Class 1 Div 1 electrical requirements.  The layout achieved optimum operator accessibility, maintainability, and employee safety. With 24/7 operational status, Roeslein engineers uniquely positioned all electrical/instrumentation wiring and conduit below operational grade for a trip-free operational platform creating a user-friendly and operator safe environment.  The skid was completely preassembled for Factory Acceptance Testing at Roeslein’s Integrated Manufacturing Technologies (IMT) facility and after passing was shipped in three smaller modules to the Whiting site.
