Pharmaceutical Facility
St. Louis, MO
Roeslein engineers faced multiple challenges while designing and constructing a filtration skid for a pharmaceutical facility. The module needed to meet Class 1 Div 1 electrical requirements, the engineering and fabrication schedule was aggressive, and the engineers faced rigid configuration parameters, coupled with the added requirement of installing the module into a running system.
Roeslein proposed design-build standards required to meet tight tolerances for skid design, fabrication, and delivery. Our engineers and project managers developed exact design-build measurements to ensure delivery and placement within a fully operational footprint. The stainless steel, fully integrated process module was installed with minimal process interruption to the existing API injectable line, and it was delivered ahead of schedule.
