Steel fabrication at IMT is accomplished through the strict adherence to American Welding Society (AWS) Structural Welding Code D1.1. Our welders operate advanced equipment capable of Handling Stick (SMAW), Mig (GMAW), Flux Core (FCAW) and Submerged Arc (SAW) processes, employing the latest welding techniques and safety practices. We go the extra mile to provide a quality product. In order to ensure IMT’s proprietary unit sections are 100% accurate, they are assembled in a computer-designed jig to specification. Other structural frames are fabricated using specially designed layout tables and fixtures.
